Introduction:
As you may know, in 2023, RAF Brize Norton hosted AstonOwners.com for an afternoon on the Royal Air Force’s largest station in support of the RAF Benevolent Fund (RAFBF).
We have now been invited to a similar event this year, with a twist (of lemon)...
Our hosts have partnered with the Wood Brothers Distillery who are sited on the boundary of the station. Consequently, attendees will have a distillery tour, a free bottle of gin, a tour of an RAF Brize Norton aircraft and a photograph of the club and individuals in front of the aircraft which they will send us after the event (see HERE for the story and photos last time).
We will be sharing this event with two other prestigious car clubs (tbc) with a maximum of 20 cars per club attending.
Cost:
The cost is £90 per car (based on 2 sharing) which will provide a bottle of gin per car, a distillery tour, a tour of an aircraft (A400 or C17) and photos of your car and club with the aircraft. Individuals or additional passengers can attend at £55 per person.
The Wood Brothers Distillery people are kindly doing their bit at cost and the rest is provided by RAF volunteers to maximise the money raised for the RAFBF.
Timing:
Cars will arrive at approximately 1pm and the main event will finish by 5pm.
The distillery will also remain open for as long as attendees wish.

To secure your place (on a first come, first served basis) a non-refundable deposit of £50 per car is required. Please register your interest here and you will be sent directly the bank details to make your payment. You will also be asked to provide information required for the station's security requirements.
The balance will be payable on the day (by card or cash).
The closing date for registering interest is Wed 11th June 2025.
N.B. There is also the potential to meet up en-route for morning coffee and/or to stay overnight nearby. That discussion can be had, and arrangements made, by those confirmed to attend after 11/6/25.
